Smoked chicken wings have never been so good! Crispy and fall off the bone -these wings are easy to make and come loaded with flavor! The process is simple -we use the brine from our spicy pickles and utilize two of our favorite rubs to create a dynamite combination. All in this should take you around 3 hours, plenty of time for a quick snack or even weeknight treat! Try this smoked chicken wings recipe out and send us the pics -we would love to see them!

Those Florida Guys seasonings used in this recipe:

Yields: 5-6 Servings | Prep Time: 20 Minutes | Total Time: 3 Hours

Ingredients:

4 lbs. chicken wings

3-4 cups Those Florida Guys Spicy Pickles brine

3 tbs. Those Florida Guys FL Fin & Fowl

3 tbs. Those Florida Guys FL Steak Shake

Apple cider vinegar (optional)

Process:

1 | Pat the chicken wings dry to remove excess juices.

2 | Place the chicken wings in a large zip top bag.

3 | Pour in the spicy pickle brine over the wings

**add apple cider vinegar if there is not enough brine to cover the wings.**

4 | Let the chicken wings marinade in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

5 | Bring the smoker up to 300 degrees.

6 | Drain the chicken wings in a colander or similar device.

**no need to get the wings completely dry as we will be adding seasoning that will stick to the remaining moisture.**

7 | Lay the chicken wings out on a large pan and apply the FL Fin & Fowl as liberally as you please, then add the FL Steak Shake as liberally as you please.

8 | Flip the wings and repeat until both sides are well coated in both rubs.

9 | Place the wings evenly spaced apart on the smoker in indirect heat.

10 | Cook at 300 degrees for 1.5-2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

11 | Bring the smoker up to 350 degrees and cook until the internal temperature reaches 190-200 degrees.

12 | Pull the wings from the smoker and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving with dipping sauce of your choice.

**we did not sauce these wings**

13 | Serve and enjoy!
