We will always have a special place in our hearts for an original margarita, but sometimes we like things kicked up a few notches! Our Sunburn spicy margarita is easy and quick, but don’t let that fool you –there is excellence waiting on that glass that even the late Jimmy Buffet would be proud to sip! Made with tequila, fresh lime juice, orange juice, triple sec, and a sassy dash of Sunburn, this spicy margarita will transport you to a sunny, beachy place in no time flat. Pair our perfect spicy margarita with a big bowl of tortilla chips & guacamole and you’ll be in full-blown Florida cocktail mode.

Yields: 7-8 Servings | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Total Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
Your favorite margarita premix (non-alcoholic)
2 cups silver or anejo tequila
2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (about 12 tbsp.)
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (about 6 tbsp.)
1 cup triple sec
4 teaspoons light agave nectar (sub simple syrup)
Lime wedges
Orange wedges
Process:
1 | In a large pitcher, add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, orange juice, agave nectar, one heavy teaspoon of Sunburn and stir vigorously.
2 | Add several of the juiced lime and orange wedges and top off the pitcher with the margarita pre-mix and mix thoroughly.
** you can add ice directly to the pitcher at this point if desired
3 | On a plate or flat-bottomed bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of Sunburn.
4 | Rub a lime wedge around the top edge of your glass to moisten it, then dip the glass into the Sunburn so that it sticks, tapping all the way around.
5 | Add the desired amount of ice to the glass, then pour the Sunburn Spicy Margarita until the glass if full.
6 | Garnish with orange and lime slices if desired.
7 | Serve and enjoy!
