Jalapeño Bacon Spareribs

The messy fingers, the sauce lined cheeks, and the growing pile of bones -we love ribs around here! Where some might see a boring, tired cut of meat, we see a blank canvas for flavor! Our Jalapeno Bacon spareribs are delicious, melt in your mouth tender, with a touch of sweet and punch of heat that will remind you why you fell in love with ribs in the first place! Don’t let the name fool you, the heat in this recipe is not overwhelming and you can always scale back the spicy as needed. Great to look at and excellent to eat -try these out and let us know what you think!
