Okay, so this one is not so much a recipe as it is a great idea you should try! No one around here is sure who exactly came up with the idea to put a BBQ rub on ice cream, but we are pretty sure there was rum involved. Anyway, pick your favorite ice cream (we think it pairs well with vanilla and chocolate) and sprinkle on to your hearts content for a salty-sweet-spicy topping for your cold snack. Try it, it’s good!

Ingredients:
3 scoops Ice cream of your choice
1-2 tsp. Those Florida Guys Coffee Talk
Process:
1 | Scoop the ice cream into a dish
2 | Sprinkle the FL Coffee Talk onto the ice cream
3 | Serve and enjoy!
