This recipe is inexpensive, effortless, impressive, and it can be prepared in a smoker or oven. We kicked up the flavors with our SPF 7 rub and it turned out more amazing than even we thought. Don't let this one pass by without trying. Use the regular brie wheels at your local grocery, no need to use the expensive gourmet options. We topped with a spicy chili pepper jelly, but you could use a fruity jam like raspberry or cherry -make this recipe your own and enjoy!

Those Florida Guys seasonings used in this recipe:

Yields: 10-12 Servings | Prep Time: 20 Minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes

1 small wheel of brie cheese

¾ stick Butter

1 tbsp. minced garlic

3 tablespoons of SPF 7

2 bags of Parker House style Frozen dinner rolls (ours came with 10 rolls per bag)

1 | On a pizza stone or 14” cast iron pan, cut a sheet of parchment paper or butcher paper to match the diameter of the cooking vessel.

** This makes for easier cleanup and less sticking.**

2 | Unwrap the brie, carefully cut off the top rind, and place in the middle of the vessel

3 | Place the frozen dinner rolls around the brie wheel, allowing for a bit of room for expansion as they thaw and proof

** this time also allows the brie to come to room temperature for better baking**

4 | Melt the butter, add the garlic and all of the SPF 7, stir well

5 | Brush the butter mixture onto the rolls and brie wheel, coating all exposed surfaces liberally.

6 | Bring smoker or oven to 250 degrees. Recommend a fruit wood such as apple.

7 | Place cooking vessel onto the smoker for approximately 20-30 minutes or until the rolls are light golden brown and the brie is soft to the touch

8 | Remove rolls from heat and brush on more butter SPF 7 mixture.

9 | Serve warm while cheese is soft.

10 | Accent with your favorite pepper jelly or fruit jam.

11 | Enjoy!
